FREE ROOF INSPECTION

Free roof inspections in Ellensburg and Yakima

Measurements, drone photos and an attic check, then clear photos of what we find and a written quote the same day.

Chapter 01

Why a roof gets inspected before it fails

Small roof problems are hard to see from the ground. A professional inspection finds a leak before it leaves a stain or lets mold start inside, and fixing a small issue now avoids a bigger, costlier one later.

Inspections also make a roof last longer, because the problems that shorten its life get caught while they are still small. After strong wind, hail or heavy snow, an inspection tells you what the storm actually did.

Buying, selling or renting a property is another good time. A roof inspector can point out problems that go unnoticed by an untrained eye.

What a Columbia Plateau inspection covers

We do a complete visual check of the shingles, flashing, vents and gutters for wear, leaks and damage, plus roof edges, penetrations, ventilation and any visible decking concerns.

Where it is useful and accessible, we fly a drone to see areas that are hard to reach and check the attic for ventilation, insulation, leaks and mold. You get photos of every issue we find, so you see exactly what we see.

After the photos, you get plain advice on what needs repair, what can wait, and a written quote the same day. No pushy sales talk.

Chapter 03

Inspections for storm damage and insurance claims

After strong winds, hail or heavy snow, damage is not always easy to see, and insurance may cover it if it is properly documented.

We provide detailed inspections for insurance claims, with photos and reports that meet insurance requirements. Our team can coordinate with your adjuster to keep the claim simple.

Veteran and senior discounts are available on any work that follows. If the inspection finds nothing that needs doing, you still have a clear record of the roof's condition.

“I was able to tag along and got a good explanation of what the inspector was seeing.” Mike Gilkey, Google review.
